Giant Cookie

Okay so I'm mainly doing this because my husband tried to make this one day and failed horribly. We had a tub from Costco of Nestle Toll House cookie dough (yum) and I had enough left to try one more time to make a giant cookie like you see from Mrs. Fields. Last year we had the opportunity for the Easter Bunny to deliver one and I opted for a basket of cookies and was terribly disappointed.

What you'll need:
cookie dough  (2 cups---I had about 1 1/2 cups left)
12" pizza pan (do not try to use a cake pan- that's what my husband did)
Pilsbury easy frost icing (the kind in the aerosol can)
Wilton food mist
Sprinkles

Directions:
Spray pizza pan with cooking oil. scoop 2 cups of cookie dough onto tray and flatten out. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done. The rim of the cookie will be golden. Let it set for at least 10-15 minutes before trimming the edged of your cookie (optional). Next add your decorative rim with the frosting and spray with color mist. Add sprinkles. We made a Shamrock for Saint Patricks day.

The best way to draw a free-hand shamrock: Draw a heart- don't close it off. Turn the try draw another heart, not closing off the end again. Go to the opposite side and draw your third open end heart. Add stem
